ERP Implementation

Choose and implement an ERP your team actually uses, built on data that is ready for AI.

Process mapping, vendor-neutral selection, data migration, configuration, integrations, testing, training, go-live and hypercare — alongside the ERP vendor or partner you choose.

Let's Talk Already have an ERP?

ERP IMPLEMENTATION, WITH AI IN MIND

The ERP is the foundation. The data inside it decides what you can build on top.

Clear processes, clean master data, honest go-live dates.

Most ERP projects do not fail because of the software. They fail because the requirements were never written down, the old data was copied over with all its duplicates, the integrations were left for the last week, and the people who use the system every day were trained the day before go-live. The result is an expensive system that runs next to the same spreadsheets it was meant to replace.

We help manufacturers, distributors, retailers and service companies that are choosing a first ERP, replacing an old one, or rescuing an implementation that stalled. Our team has been building and running business software since 2013, from Magento and WordPress shops to custom software and integrations. We are vendor-neutral: we do not resell licences, and where the vendor requires licensing or certified work through an authorised partner, we work alongside that partner instead of around it.

We also build with the next step in mind. An ERP with clean, consistent master data and readable events is what makes document processing, forecasting and AI agents possible later, without a second clean-up project.

Requirements and selection

Requirements and selection

We map how orders, stock, invoices and payroll really move through your company, write the requirements, and compare shortlisted ERPs against them in scripted demos, not sales presentations.
Data migration

Data migration

Customers, suppliers, items, prices, open balances and stock are extracted, cleaned, deduplicated and validated with scripts you can rerun, so the final cut-over is a rehearsed step, not a surprise.
Go-live and beyond

Go-live and beyond

Configuration, custom extensions, integrations, testing and role-based training, then a supported go-live and a hypercare period where we fix issues fast while your team settles in.

  • Process maps for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and production
  • Written requirements and a vendor-neutral shortlist
  • Scripted demos and a scored comparison of the options
  • Data cleaning, deduplication and validation reports
  • Repeatable migration scripts and cut-over rehearsals
  • Configuration and custom extensions where the standard falls short
  • Integrations with e-commerce, e-Factura, banks, WMS and BI
  • Test scenarios written with the people who run the processes
  • Role-based training, short guides and a go-live checklist
  • Hypercare after go-live and optional hosting on our own cloud

HOW WE WORK

From process map to stable operation, in clear phases

Each phase ends with something you can review and sign off.

Map the processes

Map the processes

Workshops with each department and a look at real documents and exports. You get process maps, pain points and a requirements list ranked by importance.
Select the platform

Select the platform

Shortlist, scripted demos with your scenarios, a look at total cost and lock-in, and a written recommendation. The final decision and the contract stay with you.
Clean and migrate data

Clean and migrate data

We profile the old data, agree on naming and coding rules, remove duplicates and run trial migrations until the validation reports come back clean.
Configure and integrate

Configure and integrate

Standard configuration first, custom extensions only where they pay off, and integrations built and tested next to the ERP, not after it.
Test and train

Test and train

End-to-end tests on real scenarios with your key users, then training by role, so on day one everyone knows their own screens.
Go live and hypercare

Go live and hypercare

A rehearsed cut-over with a rollback plan, then a hypercare period with fast fixes and a short list of improvements for the next phase.

DATA, INTEGRATIONS AND RISK

What we watch closely

The parts of an ERP project that usually cause the delays.

Master data first. Duplicate customers, items with three different codes and units of measure that change from one document to another are the most common reason reports cannot be trusted. We fix them before the migration, set ownership rules so they stay clean, and leave you with the scripts. Clean master data is also what makes automation possible later: AI that reads invoices or suggests reorder quantities is only as good as the item and partner records behind it. If you are not sure where to start, an AI readiness assessment looks at exactly this.

Integrations from the start. The online shop, e-Factura, bank statements, couriers, the warehouse system and BI dashboards all need to talk to the new ERP on day one. We design these flows during configuration and test them with real volumes; our ERP integration work covers APIs, queues, retries and monitoring. For reporting, we connect the ERP to a proper data and analytics layer instead of loading reports onto the production database.

Processes as they really run. Interviews tell you how a process should work; system logs tell you how it does. Where an old system has usable event data, process mining shows the real paths, loops and bottlenecks before you decide what the new ERP should do.

Scope, customisation and hosting. Every custom change makes future upgrades harder, so we keep a written log of deviations from the standard and push back when a process can adapt instead. Platforms we can work with include Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and local Romanian ERPs; for extensions and data work we use Python, PHP, SQL and PostgreSQL. If the ERP can be self-hosted, we can run it on our own cloud hosting in Cluj-Napoca, on our own network (AS56951), with backups through WeCodeDrive and monitoring.

An ERP is only as good as the data and the habits around it. We help you get both right before go-live.

FAQ

Common questions about ERP projects

Are you an official partner of an ERP vendor?

No. We do not resell licences and we do not claim partnerships. That is what lets us help you choose without a commission behind the recommendation. Where a vendor requires licensing, certified configuration or support through an authorised partner, we work alongside that partner and cover the parts around it: requirements, data, integrations, custom extensions, testing and hosting.

Which ERP platforms can you work with?

Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and local Romanian ERPs are among the platforms we can work with, as long as they expose an API, a database we are allowed to read, or a documented import format. The choice itself stays yours; our job is to make it an informed one.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

It depends on the number of modules, companies and integrations, and above all on the state of your data. We do not quote a duration before the process mapping and a first look at the data; after that you get a phased plan with a realistic go-live date and the assumptions behind it.

What does "AI-ready" mean for an ERP?

It means clean, deduplicated master data, consistent codes and units, documented processes and events you can read through an API. With that in place, document processing, forecasting or AI agents can be added later without another clean-up project. It does not mean adding AI features on day one.

Can you host the ERP for us?

Yes, if the platform supports self-hosting or private cloud deployment. We run it on our own cloud in Cluj-Napoca, on our own network (AS56951), with backups, monitoring and access control. If you prefer the vendor's SaaS, we integrate and support it there.
